Jiaxin Box’s manufacturing base is located in Wugu District, New Taipei City, near the Wugu Interchange and major highways—making inbound materials and outbound shipments efficient and well-connected to northern Taiwan’s main transport routes. Our facility offers ample space, sufficient paper stock, and finished goods staging areas. We can flexibly support orders of different scales—from small sampling runs to high-volume production.
How to get here
Driving is the most convenient option. The factory is about a 10-minute drive from the Wugu Interchange on National Freeway No. 1, and visitor parking is available at the entrance. By public transport, you can take the metro and transfer to a bus toward the Minyi Road stop.

Our nationwide carton delivery service covers all cities and counties on Taiwan’s main island. Whether your factory, warehouse, or storefront is located in the north, central, south, or east, we can deliver the custom cartons shown in our product lineup safely and on schedule. Nationwide delivery coverage
Northern region delivery
Coverage includes Taipei City, New Taipei City, Keelung City, Taoyuan City, and Hsinchu City/County. With our factory in Wugu, New Taipei City, delivery in the north is the fastest—typically 2–3 business days. Bulk orders may be arranged with dedicated same-day delivery.
Central region delivery
Coverage includes Miaoli County, Taichung City, Changhua County, Nantou County, and Yunlin County. Central region delivery typically takes 2–3 business days. For ongoing partners, scheduled deliveries can be arranged to maintain a stable supply of packaging materials.
Southern region delivery
Coverage includes Chiayi City/County, Tainan City, Kaohsiung City, and Pingtung County. Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. For bulk orders, dedicated trucks or optimized logistics routes may shorten transit and reduce shipping costs.
Eastern and offshore delivery
For Yilan, Hualien, Taitung, and offshore areas (Penghu, Kinmen, Matsu, etc.), delivery time and fees vary by region and order volume. Contact us in advance so we can recommend the most suitable delivery plan.

To meet different logistics needs, Jiaxin Box provides three delivery options—from dedicated trucks for bulk shipments to third-party logistics for smaller orders, as well as self pickup at our factory. Dedicated truck delivery
Our own fleet ships directly from the Wugu factory to your specified factory, warehouse, or store. Dedicated delivery works best for bulk orders and allows scheduled time windows. It helps protect cartons from crushing during transit and reduces intermediate handling costs.
Partner logistics delivery
We work with professional logistics providers to offer a delivery network across Taiwan. You can track shipment status through logistics systems. This option suits small-to-mid quantities or orders delivered to multiple locations. Freight is calculated reasonably based on weight and distance.
Factory pickup
You can pick up cartons directly from our Wugu, New Taipei factory, verify quality and quantity on-site, and take them immediately—no delivery waiting time. The facility is near the Wugu Interchange with convenient parking. Pickup can be scheduled during business hours and is a good option for urgent needs.

Taipei/New Taipei, Taoyuan, Keelung, Hsinchu
Standard delivery takes 2–3 business days. The north is our primary service area and is closest to our Wugu factory. Bulk orders may be arranged with dedicated delivery on the same day or the next day. Expedited options help cover urgent needs.
Miaoli, Taichung, Changhua, Nantou, Yunlin
Standard delivery takes 2–3 business days. With partner logistics or dedicated truck scheduling, customers in central Taiwan can achieve delivery efficiency close to the north. Scheduled deliveries are available for long-term partners.
Chiayi, Tainan, Kaohsiung, Pingtung
Standard delivery takes about 3–5 business days via our partner logistics network. For bulk orders, dedicated trucks can shorten transit and reduce per-unit freight. We recommend ordering at least one week ahead to allow sufficient scheduling time.
Expedited delivery for urgent needs
For urgent orders, dedicated same-day or next-day delivery may be arranged in the north, and expedited logistics may shorten transit in central and southern regions. Availability depends on production scheduling and inventory status—please contact our team early to coordinate.

For bulk orders, the most efficient option is dedicated direct delivery. Our own fleet loads at the Wugu factory and ships without transfer points, reducing the risk of cartons being crushed or exposed to moisture during repeated handling. It is faster, and per-unit freight becomes more economical at larger volumes—ideal for enterprises with consistent monthly demand.
Scheduled delivery – stable supply
For businesses with recurring monthly demand, we offer scheduled delivery. Based on your consumption frequency and per-shipment volume, we can set fixed dates or recurring cycles so your warehouse maintains an appropriate inventory level. Systematic scheduling helps both sides prepare production and logistics ahead of time and reduces the risk of supply gaps.
Split shipments – storage-friendly
If warehouse space is limited, we can split a single order into multiple deliveries.
