ISO9001-2000 Quality Management Certification
As an earlier standard, ISO9001-2000 reflects our long-standing commitment to quality management since the company’s early days. It laid a solid foundation for our quality system, which we later upgraded to the latest ISO 9001:2015—demonstrating continual improvement over time.
ISO Quality Certification Milestones
Regular Audits and Ongoing Improvement
A quality system creates value only when it runs continuously and improves over time. We conduct annual internal audits led by trained auditors to review quality execution across departments, identify risks, and propose improvements. We also undergo third‑party audits to objectively verify compliance and effectiveness.

End-to-End Quality Control – Six Gates That Protect Quality
Great cartons come from strict control at every manufacturing step. We built six quality gates covering everything from incoming materials to final shipment, each with clear standards, inspection methods, and acceptance criteria. This end-to-end QC mechanism is how we implement ISO 9001 in practice—so quality issues are detected and handled during production, not discovered after delivery. To see how quality integrates into ordering, you can also view the full custom box process.
Six Quality Gates Across the Entire Process
Material Acceptance
We work with qualified paperboard suppliers. Each incoming batch undergoes physical property inspection; nonconforming materials are rejected immediately.
Process Monitoring
Key parameters for corrugation, lamination, and printing are defined and monitored in real time with alerts for abnormalities.
In-Process Inspection
Before die-cutting and folding, we verify dimensions and appearance to intercept defects early.
100% Final Check
Finished goods are checked for dimensional accuracy, print quality, and structural strength to ensure every carton ships qualified.
Protective Packaging
We pack and stack based on your requirements and run stacking checks to reduce damage risk during transportation.
Pre-shipment Verification
Before each shipment, we verify quantity, specifications, and quality records—aiming for zero mis-shipments.
Incoming Material Quality Inspection – Quality Starts at the Source
Carton quality begins with material quality. Every batch of corrugated board materials entering our plant is inspected for key physical properties to ensure it meets defined standards. We also maintain long-term partnerships with qualified suppliers and perform periodic supplier evaluations to keep material quality stable and reliable. To choose the right board, you can learn more about corrugated materials.
Paperboard Thickness Measurement
Corrugated board thickness directly affects structural strength and cushioning performance. We use precision gauges to measure each batch and confirm that A, B, C, and double-wall (AB) boards meet specifications. Uneven thickness can cause weak structures or dimensional deviation, so this is the first gate in material acceptance.
Precision Paperboard Thickness Measurement
Moisture Content Testing
Moisture content is critical to stable quality. Too much moisture reduces strength and increases deformation; too little can make the board brittle and prone to cracking during processing. We use rapid moisture meters to keep each batch within an optimal range.
Burst Strength Test
Burst strength indicates a board’s ability to resist sudden external forces. We use hydraulic bursting testers to simulate impacts that may occur during shipping and confirm the board’s strength meets protection needs.
Ring Crush Strength Test
Ring crush strength (RCT) is a key indicator for predicting stacking performance. We evaluate compression capability and use the data to estimate theoretical stacking limits, ensuring cartons remain stable and protect products safely through warehousing and logistics.

In-Process Quality Monitoring – Real-time Checks for Stable Production
We set quality checkpoints throughout every production stage. By combining real-time monitoring with scheduled sampling, we keep parameters stable and product quality consistent. Our QC and production teams work closely—when anomalies are detected, we can stop and correct immediately to minimize defects. This “quality-in-process” approach turns prevention into daily practice.
Corrugation Forming Quality Control
Flute forming quality directly determines cushioning performance and structural strength. On our corrugators, we monitor three key parameters in real time—temperature, pressure, and speed—to keep flute height consistent and bonding secure. Operators regularly sample and measure flute height and pitch, recording results in QC inspection logs. Any deviation from standards is corrected immediately.
Real-time Corrugation Quality Monitoring
Print Quality Control and Color Proofing
Printing quality directly impacts brand presentation. We use water-based inks to deliver vivid, durable color while supporting safer, more eco-friendly production. During printing, QC staff regularly compare color samples and check registration accuracy, dot quality, and ink uniformity. Using water-based inks reduces organic solvent usage and supports sustainable packaging—see our products for more printed examples.
Color Proofing and Print QC
Lamination Quality and Die-cut Accuracy
Lamination quality affects overall strength and surface flatness. We control glue application uniformity and alignment accuracy to prevent warping or delamination. For die-cutting, we strictly manage die precision to keep carton dimensions consistent and ensure cutouts and crease lines are accurate for tight, reliable assembly.
Final Inspection & Customer Satisfaction Assurance – Quality You Can Measure
Before shipping, we perform strict finished-goods inspection to ensure every batch meets defined standards. Beyond product conformity, we also care about the full customer experience. Through transparent quality metrics and structured feedback mechanisms, we continuously improve both product quality and service quality—making quality assurance measurable and verifiable.
