Responsibilities
The Sales Representative is a key bridge between Jiaxin Box and customers, handling the full workflow from market development and communication to order coordination:
- Product Sales — Promote our corrugated carton solutions and propose custom packaging plans based on customer needs
- Customer Service — Maintain existing accounts and provide professional after-sales support and consultation
- Product Coordination — Understand product specs and production coordination to match customer requirements accurately
- New Client Development — Proactively expand new markets and build stable long-term partnerships
- Business Visits — Visit customers, understand needs, and provide suitable packaging proposals and quotations
- Order Handling — Manage the process from quotation and order placement to delivery tracking
Requirements
We welcome candidates who are passionate about sales. Applicants with the following qualities are preferred:
- Sales development experience is a plus; no experience is also welcome with full training provided
- Strong interpersonal communication and customer service mindset
- Proactive, responsible, and growth-oriented attitude
- Ability to develop markets independently and handle pressure
- Knowledge of packaging industry or corrugated materials is a plus
- Basic computer skills

Common questions about applying and working with us

Jiaxin Box follows a two-day weekend schedule. Working hours are 08:00–17:00 (subject to company policy). We value work–life balance and ensure employees have adequate rest. In addition to weekends, employees receive statutory holidays and annual leave in accordance with labor regulations.

The role offers a base monthly salary from TWD 30,000 plus an attractive bonus structure, including performance bonuses, attendance bonuses, transportation allowance, and high commissions based on sales results. A special year-end bonus may be provided depending on the company’s annual performance. We also provide labor insurance and National Health Insurance in accordance with regulations.

We welcome candidates with sales experience; packaging industry experience is a plus. Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and enthusiasm for developing new clients are important.
